How can I enroll in the Advantage Club Program?
Visit any Golf Galaxy store and enroll at the register or kiosk to receive your Advantage Club card. You can also enroll online! Simply click on the 'Join the program' link found on the left-hand side of this page.
What can I earn points on?
You can earn points on merchandise purchased at Golf Galaxy stores and GolfGalaxy.com, except PING merchandise. Points cannot be earned on sales tax, reward redemptions, purchases prior to joining, gift cards, returned merchandise, online services and service items, shipping, gift cards, gift certificates, warranties, and gift wrap.
How will I earn a reward?
Always use your Advantage Club card when you make a purchase (or return) in-store or online. Receive at least 1 point for every $1 you spend on merchandise (excluding tax). As soon as you reach 300 points, you'll qualify for a $10 Golf Reward Certificate, which you will receive via mail in approximately 60 days.
What happens if I have more than 300 points? For instance, if I have 750 points, what will be the amount of my Golf Reward Certificate?
If you have 750 points, you will receive a $20 Golf Reward Certificate, based on reaching the 300-point minimum twice. The remaining 150 points will roll over toward your next reward.
My Golf Reward Certificate expired before I could use it. Will you still honor it?
Your Golf Reward Certificate is valid through the expiration date listed on the Certificate. We are unable to honor expired Golf Reward Certificates.
I lost my Golf Reward Certificate. Can I get a replacement?
Unfortunately, we are unable to replace Golf Reward Certificates.
What if I forgot my Advantage Club card?
If your card was not scanned in-store, you may still add a purchase to your Advantage Club account within 90 days of your original transaction. Log into your personal account and click on Credit My Account to add a purchase. Advantage Club points may also be added to your account at the register after the original transaction at select locations. See your store for details. Always keep your receipts for verification in the event of a discrepancy.
When I return an item for credit, will the amount be deducted from my Advantage Club point balance?
Yes, you receive points only for items purchased and not returned. You must present your Advantage Club card at the time of the return.
I purchased an item using my Golf Reward Certificate and now I must return it. What will I receive for my return?
If you are returning the item for a refund, you will receive the amount you paid out-of-pocket for the item after your Golf Reward Certificate discount. If you purchased several items using your Golf Reward Certificate, your refund will reflect what you paid out-of-pocket for each particular item you return, prorated to reflect the discount you received on each item after your Golf Reward Certificate discount. If an item is being exchanged in-store for one of the exact same type (i.e., for different size or color), you will be given an even exchange. Unfortunately exchanges are not available for online returns. In this instance you should return the product via the online return process and contact the Advantage Club Hotline to have a new Golf Reward Certificate issued.
I lost my Advantage Club card. How can I get another?
If you've lost your Advantage Club card, getting a new one is easy. Log in to your account by entering your username and password. Once you have accessed your account, simply click on 'Request a New Card' and you will receive it in the mail in approximately 14 days.
I have more than one card. How does that affect my points?
If you have multiple Advantage Club cards, we will automatically combine your points and accounts that are under the same first name, last name and address. To combine accounts under different names and/or addresses, contact the Advantage Club Hotline at 1-866-313-6777.
I like being a member of the Advantage Club Program, but I'd prefer not to be contacted via mail or email. How can I be sure I do not receive mail or email from the Advantage Club Program?
When you sign up for a new account, you may opt out of direct mail, e-mail or voicemail simply by telling the store associate. You may change your preferences later by logging into your personal account and clicking on My Preferences. Regardless of your preferences, you will still receive your Golf Reward Certificate in the mail.
Will my points ever expire?
Yes, all point balances will be reset to 0 on the Saturday closest to January 31st of each year.
