Advantage Club Terms & Conditions

Advantage Club Program participation and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Golf Galaxy. Golf Galaxy may modify, add or delete any of the Program rules, terms, conditions, benefits or rewards, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points already accumulated, the value of the rewards and/or the time for redemption.

You must present your Advantage Club member number with every purchase in order to assure accurate tracking of points. In the event of any discrepancies, you must add the purchase to your account within 90 days of your original transaction by visiting MyGolfGalaxy.com. Points for verified purchases will be added to your account within 15-25 days. Accounts under the same name and address will automatically be combined. Only individuals, and not corporations or businesses, are eligible to enroll as members. Only one person can be enrolled per Advantage Club membership.

You will receive a Reward Certificate by mail within 60 days after you reach the minimum point threshold as defined in the Program. Points will not be earned on sales tax, reward redemptions, prior purchases, gift cards, returned merchandise, and select products. As noted above, Golf Galaxy may change the point minimum at any time without prior notification. Reward Certificates (i) can be redeemed for merchandise only as offered by Golf Galaxy (ii) must be used in their entirety at time of purchase and (iii) may not be redeemed for gift cards, store credit, GolfGalaxy.com purchases, online services or service items. Reward Certificates have no cash value and cash will not be paid for unused portions of the Reward Certificates. Merchandise purchased with a Reward Certificate may be exchanged for merchandise only. Reward Certificates are not transferable and Golf Galaxy reserves the right to limit the time within which you may redeem Reward Certificates.

The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as Golf Galaxy, in its sole discretion, elects to designate a Program termination date. Golf Galaxy has the right to end the Program at any time without providing written notice to you. All UNREWARDED POINTS shall automatically be reset to zero each year on the Saturday closest to January 31st.

Golf Galaxy reserves the right to provide Advantage Club benefits to some members based on geographic location, program participation or information supplied by the member. Some of our special promotional offers, benefits, and communications also may be based on the volume or type of purchases.

Abuse of the Advantage Club Program (for example, by failing to follow Program policies, allowing others to use your membership number or other improper conduct as determined by Golf Galaxy in our sole discretion) may result in termination of your membership and disqualify you from future Program participation.

Modification of these terms and conditions may only be made in writing by an authorized representative of Golf Galaxy. All interpretations of Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Golf Galaxy and such interpretations are binding on you.

You are responsible for notifying Golf Galaxy of any changes of address. Golf Galaxy is not responsible for Rewards Certificates which are lost, delayed or misdirected in the mail or otherwise during transit. Program points and Rewards Certificates may be subject to federal, state, or other taxes and such taxes are your sole responsibility.

Participants must be at least 13 years of age and must have a United States or Canadian address. Participation in the Program is void if prohibited by law in the jurisdiction in which the prospective participant resides. If in any particular state or province the Program or Golf Galaxy has to apply for any special license, bonding, permit or other governmental regulatory approval, the Program will be void in that particular jurisdiction.
